Dear friend ! After many search i have found some link which will be able to open live tv in vlc media player.
Requirements :
1 Internet Connection
2 Vlc Media Player

Method :
Open your Vlc player and press Ctrl + n or go to media and click on open network stream and paste one link from bellow list and click play then you can see live TV in your PC.
